Warranty terms for Takeuchi machines
Full warranty on new Takeuchi machines bought from us. Whichever comes first applies: 2 years or 2,000 operating hours.

The full warranty covers
- Machine: 2 years or 2,000 operating hours, whichever comes first. The warranty is included in the purchase price.
- Electrical components and wiring harnesses up to 1,000 operating hours.
- The entire machine, including the rotating device and the quick coupler from MARTIN GmbH, with the exception of the parts listed in point A.
A. What the warranty does not cover
- Rubber components: seals, seal kits, O-rings, V-belts, rubber tracks, tyres.
- Glass, buckets, teeth, bushings, bolts, external hoses, internal parts of cylinders, maintenance materials (filters, fluids, etc.), batteries, injectors in the event of repeated failure, and steel chains.
B. Scope and conditions
- These terms apply only to TB, TL and TCR machines and to rotating devices, as well as quick couplers from the manufacturers Takeuchi and MARTIN GmbH, purchased from CONTAINER SERVICES s.r.o. since April 2017.
- For new machines, the warranty period begins on delivery of the machine.
- For used machines and rental equipment, the period begins when the machine is first put into operation.
- Additional costs in the event of a machine breakdown, replacement of the machine for downtime of up to 48 hours (on working days), penalties and transport costs are not covered.
- Warranty claims must be reported in writing to the relevant warranty department of CONTAINER SERVICES s.r.o. within 7 days. Warranty claims reported only after the warranty period has expired cannot be considered retrospectively.
- In the event of damage, the customer must provide complete documentation of all work prescribed by the manufacturer that has been carried out.
