Machine operating and maintenance instructions
Before using a rented machine for the first time, read the operating instructions and safety rules.
Key rules
- Only trained and qualified personnel may operate, inspect and maintain the machine.
- Do not operate the machine under the influence of alcohol, drugs or medication, or when tired.
- The operator’s manual is part of the machine and must always be available where the machine is used.
- Wear sturdy footwear with non-slip soles. On a machine without a cab, wear a helmet and face or eye protection.
- Exhaust fumes are poisonous: do not start the engine or refuel in enclosed spaces.
- The hydraulic excavator is designed for digging and demolition work. Any other use requires the lessor’s written permission.
